Patch Notes: Tilescapes v0.2


Hey! Nice to see a couple people checked this out. Here's the first ever update to this game, aimed at fixing one major bug and featuring a couple of user-friendly visual changes.

  • Fixed an issue where the player would not properly respawn after falling after being pushed into the void.
  • Fixed a minor(?) visual(?) bug where the player would "spawn twice" when dying over void.
  • The camera will now return to the spawn tile much faster after the player dies or falls.
  • Decreased minimum amount of time spent in the loading screen.
  • Visual changes to the player's cursor:
    • The cursor now flickers, so it's easier to see blue tiles against the blue background while hovering over them.
    • The cursor flickers lighter against most tiles, but darker against white and yellow.
    • Slightly changed the cursor's sprite when hovering over a red tile occupied by a Capsuloid.
